Upon placing your order, you will be required to send:
- 2-3 photos of each person/pet to be illustrated. Please indicate which outfits the person should be illustrated in.
- Gowns/ Wedding Dresses require more time and details. For bridal/ wedding illustrations, please email hello@graceciao.com for a quotation.
Important Notice:
Beautiful things take time; every illustration requires a minimum lead time of 2 weeks. If you'd like to receive your order by a specific date, please ensure you place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
** The custom illustration will be scanned and sent to you in soft copy format (JPG file). The digitised illustration can be used as a mobile/desktop wallpaper, profile picture, e-card or simply printed out to be beautifully framed. Hard copies will not be sent.
